Hi There!

Long ago, I read in a magazine of a party in New York City when
then-champion Mike Tyson was starting to assault a screaming woman in the
bedroon.  Another guest walked in and they had this exchange:

Tyson:  Don't bother us in here.  Do you know who I am?  I am the
Heavyweight Champion of the World!

Party Guest:  Yes, and I am the ______ Professor of Philosophy at
Cambridge University, and you must stop what you are doing.

Tyson then left the party.



A 5-star answer would be the name of the Professor.

The professor in question was A.J. Ayer.

 "It happened back in 1987 at a party in New York. A.J. Ayer, then a
77-year-old British professor at Princeton, was entertaining a group
of models when a woman ran in from an adjacent bedroom screaming that
her friend was being assaulted. Ayer, darting into the room, found
Tyson grabbing Campbell and demanded he let go of her. Shocked, Tyson
said, ?Do you know who I am? I?m the heavyweight champion of the
world!?
 As the story goes [1] , Ayer replied, ?And I am the former Wykeham
professor of logic. We are both preeminent men in our field. I suggest
we talk about this like rational men.?
 As Ayer and Tyson engaged in conversation, Campbell walked away,
unnoticed ? a first and last in her life."
