Does Bill Cosby even have a TV show in production right now? I mean,
aside from the animated children's show "Little Bill," I don't think
there's a regular Bill Cosby TV program being made right now...

yes i know its a cartoon, my son s dream is to be a cartoonist, or
actor.. we been to many acting agencies to represent him but all they
did , they make us pay upfront a lot of money for unecessary
training.. my son is very talented and he is able to imitate any actor
you ever heard of and he can make all kind of sound and noises.. but
we just got ripped of from this greedy agencies that lied to us ...
we paid over $3000.00 for nothing and they never call him for any
commerical nor acting ..shame on them

So, from a certain point-of-view, your question doesn't really have
anything to do with Bill Cosby. Really, isn't your question more like:

How can my 12-year-old son start a career as an actor, as a
cartoonist, and as a voice-over artist for cartoons?

If that's right, those answers are surely different from just "How can
I meet Bill Cosby?" And, while I don't really know the answers you
seek, I suspect the answers are probably very different from each
other--the things your son should do to become an actor are different
from what he should do to become a cartoonist, for example.

Sorry I can't be more helpful myself. But maybe others can.

Considering what often happens to people who enter show business at a
tender age, I think it's best that a 12-year-old should stay in school
and prepare for a career by taking courses that are relevant to
animation and acting.
