I would like an Applescript to automate the following process:

1. Retrieve the contents of a text file on the Internet via HHTP
protocol (ie, from http://www.somesite.com/somefolder/somefile.txt )

2. Pipe the contents of this file through Speech using "Kathy" voice,
and pipe the sound to a file.

3. Add this to iTunes under the Podcast section as a new entry for
"Synthesized Text" popcast (creating this if necessary) and populating
with time, current date, and first 20 words of the text file as the
description.

Needs to run under Mac OSX 10.4 and over.
