I am an addict to a brand of pants called Cherokee khakis-being sold
at target.com under the name of "Men's Ultimate Khaki Pleated Pants
with Teflon ".
Target does not seem to send to Norway where I live. So how do I go
about getting the cherokee pants?

I have done some brief research, and I have not been able to find any
other online vendors than target.com.  Target.com does not ship
outside the United States

However, you could circumvent this restriction by using a cargo
forwarder such as JetCarrier (http://www.magnum.no/).  This company
will provide you with a US delivery address (in New Jersey) which you
could give to target.com.  Any shipments arriving at this address will
be forwarded to your local post office in Norway.

There is no signup fee for this service, and the fees for forwarding a
parcel from the U.S. to your local post office in Norway starts at NOK
160 for a 1 kg parcel.  This price includes customs treatment
("fortollingsgebyr") on entry to Norway, but not the 25 % VAT
("merverdiavgift") which is collected on shipments with a declared
cvalue of more than NOK 200.
