I need a detailed, online tutorial for replacing a system board in an
IBM ThinkPad T23 notebook computer. IBM has courses at
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?sitestyle=lenovo&lndocid=MIGR-45956
that are helpful, but not for replacing a system board. Generic
tutorials are not usually helpful because the location of a single
screw can seriously hamper the disassembly of the computer. The
tutorial must be specific to the IBM T23.

If you look on the IBM website, there is a document 62p9631.pdf which
covers the T23 as well as the T20, T21 & T22.
It gives screw by screw instructions for disassembly/assembly under
"Removing and replacing a FRU"
Good luck
