Where can I find out about property for sale in Denmark ?

Hi!

I've found a number of sites that discuss real estate opportunities in
Denmark or point you at brokers & owners who may have homes for sale.
Be warned that some of these sites are in Danish with no English. Here

The following Google search pulled up all of the above answers and
others which you may find useful. I would recommend taking down some
of the phone numbers listed on these sites, and calling them to ask
for recommendations. Even if they can't help you find the exact
property you're looking for, they may very well be willing to refer
you to an associate who may have what you want. Be aware that many of
the results this search will pull up are commercial properties, so
read the entries carefully so that you don't waste your time.

Just realized I should probably explain why I used "Copenhagen" as a
search term in my Google search.

Basically, there's more than one location called "Denmark" in the
world. I added "Copenhagen" to my search terms simply because the
searches I attempted without the word also gave me results from
Denmark, Australia and Denmark, Iowa! You can attempt a search without
the word "Copenhagen," but be warned that you will have to sort
through more information irrelevant to your search.

Only Danish citizens are allowed to buy summerhouses in Denmark. This
is a special law which should prevent that the majority of
summerhouses ending up in foreign hands.

Because of this law, Danes are prevented from living in their own
summerhouse the whole year, without a special permit, pensioners can
get this permit more easily then other people.
