All MBA programs publish the average GMAT score, GPA and other
statistics, also the overall acceptance rate. But we never know, of
the people who meets all the averages, how many are rejected. In other
words, maybe 80% of applicants rejected by Harvard and Stanford are
way off from the averages, or maybe all the rejected applicants are
just as good as the accepted ones. I'm interested in general
statistics that further define the competitiveness of the Harvard and
Stanford MBA programs.
Or even better yet, I got a 740 on GMAT, 3.2 GPA from Duke undergrad,
and 4.5 years of work experience in the IT field as a technical lead,
can someone estimate my probability of admission to Harvard or
Stanford considering all else is average. I know there is no exact
answer to this, but I'm ready to listen to something insightful. |
