I am trying to purcahse a chair (actually I would like to purchase a
pair) once sold by 'Room and Board' stores.  It is no longer offered
by them. I saw it in the show room years ago and fell in love with it
and I am now kicking myself that I did not buy it.  I am looking to
purchase a pair of them.   It is listed on page 92 of the 1999 Room
and Board catalog.  The description is as follows:
"Aura (chair).  This sleek and sophisticated Italian chair is a
singular accent piece.  Not only is its artistic design visually
interesting and unusual, but it is constructed in solid cherry with a
lacquer finish.  Aura 22w  21d  30h
cherry, catalog number 746031 $399" 
I have only a photocopy of that page of that 1999 catalog.  If it is
helpful, I can email you a scanned picture of the page with the chair
(scanned black and white photocopy, but it shows the unique
design/shape.)
If you can direct me to anyone currently selling 2 of these chairs, in
new or like-new condition, the question will be answered.

I emailed room and board to see if they could answer this:

"Unfortunately the chair was discontinued by the manufacturer some
time ago. The company was called NOHI and were an Italian importer.
We do not work with that particular company anymore."
