In 1990, Dr Paul MacLean described The Triune Brain and this was seen
as the new paradigm for the composition of the brain and how it
operates. His work has been subject to much review. Since the
availability of new technology eg MRI and CT scans, his model has been
questioned. What is the latest thinking on the Triune Brain model?
Please provide your summary and references.
