I am looking for an online survey software solution.  This solution
will be integrated into an existing application that we provide to our
clients so the underlying source code must be available so that we can
modify as needed.  The language must be either ASP or .Net. This tool
will allow all front-end functionality to control via the web.  I have
provided 2 sample companies that have solutions that exemplify what we
are looking for.
