We would like to determine the comparative cost to reach a statewide
television audience, comparing California, Arizona, and Maine. We
would like the answer in a form similar to "it costs $X to reach a
statewide TV audience in CA, compared with $Y in AZ."

Either the current costs, or the cost at some particular time from
2002-present would be acceptable.

Ideally we would like this data for Maine and other states as well,
but this is not required.
