want to drop ship for my customers...

I want to draw up a simple contract that basically states that they
are responsible for their own customers, taking the risk of returns
and other such problems. Where can I find such a form to base mine off
of?

the first contract doesn't really seem to have to do with a small
business. I can't find any references to drop shipping in the 2nd
link. I'm basicaly looking for a contract written in (relatively)
plain english.
