I am getting so many spam emails. How can I find out if my email address is listed on the internet |

You can try gooling your e-mail address. Of course, maybe some website that you do business with sold your address. |

If you give your email address when you enter online contests or many kinds of online services, you can be fairly certain that spam will follow. And, as Nelson mentioned above, some online merchants will sell your info to spammers. The best way to keep your email clear of spam is to refrain from giving your "real" email address to anyone but trusted friends. It's easy to set up a web-based address that you can use for online transactions. If such an address becomes cluttered with spam, you can just abandon it and set up a new address. |

A good way around this is to forward your e-mail if possible to a gmail account. They have the best spam filtering I have seen. |
