What is the medical defninition of a promiscuous male homosexual?
Please note at one time the AMA defined a promiscous homosexual.  What
was it and what is it.

When the AMA defined this, I don't think they meant to actually place
a medical label, it was just a nicer way of saying "high risk"
homosexuals in terms of HIV/STDs. It was when all this stuff about HIV
and gay men was very taboo. But nowadays it just means a gay guy who
screws around a lot. There's no specific "medical definition".
