ANASIAN PERSON WALKS IN AND ASKS TO SEE THE DOCTOR.  THIS PERSON
APPARENTLY SPEAKS AND UNDERSTANDS VERY LITTLE ENGLISH. POSSIBLY THEY
ARE IN THE WRONG OFFICE
QUES: HOW CAN YOU DEMONSTRATE RESPECT FOR THIS PERSON GIVEN HER
APPARENT NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING BACKGROUND :  WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO
COMMUNICATE WITH THIS PERSON

Speak loudly and gesture broadly.  Yell "shoo, shoo" if they refuse to
leave.  If all else fails, scream "Immigration!"

Seriously this and your last question seem almost like homework
questions.  Also, YOU SHOULD NOT TYPE YOUR QUESTIONS IN ALL CAPS.  It
is bad netiqutte.
