Hi, I'm a male in my early 20s and I hate shaving my face. My beard comes in very thick and very quickly. Shaving is not only an annoyance but it also irritates my face and results in cuts, etc. It is especially bad if I just recently shaved (a day or so ago). I can't imagine if I had a job where I had to shave every morning as opposed to every 2-3 days like I do now. It's also annoying since right after I shave you can still sort of see the hair on my face that is under the skin even though the surface is totally smooth. What are some alternative hair removal methods for a man's face? All I can find on the internet is shaving tips - most of which I do already. Is waxing a viable option? Would it last for weeks? Is the skin on your face too sensitive for it? Thanks, Fred | |

Your best bet is trying all the different methods out there for women. Skin is skin so I guess it wouldn't hurt! Waxing will definately be painful but lasts longer than shaving. Laser hair removal will be much more permanant but it's very expensive. You can even try that cream that removes hair, but thats just as short-lasting as shaving. Hope this helps! Baz :) |
