I launched a retail website earlier this year
(http://wwwthechristiangift.com). I've done a lot of SEO work on it,
including building reciprocal links (manually thus far since I want to
stay away from anything that could get the site banned), tweaking
product copy, title tags, adding fresh content, and so on. Home page
PR was up to 3, with a few inside pages also getting ranked (links
page, a few product pages). I suddenly lost PR on the Home Page about
6-8 weeks ago; the interior pages w/ranking were not affected. I had
not done anything to the site the day before - and I don't think my
programmer had, either - that should have impacted this. I'm not aware
of anything that's cloaked but I'm not a programmer so can't be sure.
Can you see anything about my site that is negatively impacting the
home page PR? It's extremely difficult to get reciprocal links without
it. Thanks for your help.

When I try the link it takes me to a 404 page not found, any chance
that might be your problem?
