Maybe soundstretch will do what you ask for. soundstretch infile.wav outfile.wav [switches] -rate=n Change the sound playback rate by n percents (n = -95.0 .. +5000.0 %) soundtouch is the library its using and soundstretch is a part of that library. http://sky.prohosting.com/oparviai/soundtouch/ |
