What specific statistics support that chaos and/or constant change exists in

Hello futurethink-ga,

I'm not sure what you're looking for. I don't think you can equate
"constant change" to chaos. Some organizations are involved with work
that is changing constantly and they're not is chaos. They may even be
very tightly controlled. Emergency rooms come to mind. On the other
hand, I've known organizations that weren't changing at all and yet
were completely chaotic. Please give some more information about the
context and background of your question. Thanks.
