Unfortunately I don't think this data exists for 2004/2005. The census did a reasonable job at finding this info in 2000, and I've seen sites before data for 2000 so I assume they all used the census as their source. Here is the census if it helps at all... but as you know it is very outdated with the recent spike in housing prices: http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/ |

I have searched for this information as well, I operate a site that makes the Metro Area Media Home Prices 'sortable' and I would also like to provide a County Version. If anyone finds this data I will incorporate it on my site. http://www.existinghomesales.info/ |
