1) What is the easiest/fastest way to determine if probate cases contain real estate? Can it be done on line, or must it be done at the courthouse? What exactly should I be looking for? 2) Will I be dealing mainly with the "personal representative" or an attorney or both? 3) What does the typical process involve, from locating properties (how to), through contacting the decision maker (who is it), to making an offer and negotiating a deal? 4) What are some of the best "techniques/tricks of the trade?" 5) What do I need to be careful of? 6) What is the best way to learn more about this field to become a "savvy investor" 7) Any other relevant info for a newcomer investing in this field Please make answers specific to Florida if possible |

Hi, you can try to get more information about this in one of the local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association) in your area. They normally have a lot of information about all kind of investmentsin real estate. I'm sure they can help you. Here is the link for the national REIA. Look there for the one in your area. www.nationalreia.com Good luck ! Fabian ladeiv@msn.com |
