When on a site with a submit form...can I see entire URL the submit
form is going to (with the data I input into the form now part of the
URL)? It quickly flashes the url at the bottom of my browser with my
entered data, but disapears very quickly and the URL at the top of my
browser is a mask. Just curious to see if there is a way to find out
what the entire URL looks like with my entered data and which site it
actually goes to.

kevinpilot...

One of the reasons the URL is hidden is precisely to protect
the data you've entered. If there *is* a way to bypass it,
you'd be better off not entering any data at all on that
site...at least any private data.

Let me know where this takes you...

Depends on your browser,

If you are using Firefox, just install the Live HTTP Headers extension
(http://livehttpheaders.mozdev.org/) and/or the WebDeveloper extension
(http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/).

It will show you the URL with your data when using GET and the data
being POSTed if using POST. Both extensions will also let you do so
much more as well.
