I want to track mails (user, virtualhost...) sent from php on my linux
servers. Is there a turnkey solution alredy? I've seen mails with
X-AntiAbuse header. Which software adds it to the mail header?

There are several related solutions to this.  One is to add a header
on all mails sent by PHP as you have stated.
