I know of a fee based database that you can search. Considering this
amount you've placed on your question would this single source be
sufficient?

Dear djtowle-ga;

Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting question.

The Pacer Service Center of the Adminstrative Office of the US Courts
is accessible to the public. It is a database where you can register
and do searches for bankruptcy filings among other court actions and
filings. You are charged based on the type and volume of searches
conducted. Know what you are looking for and use caution because you
will be charged per minute PLUS per document fees. (Seriously...know
what you're after and don't "surf" it. I know a guy who ?accidentally?
surfed up $1500.00 worth of documents on PACER because he didn?t know
what he was doing.)

As it turns out the Minnesota system is down for about 5 more days
while they do a data conversion. It is expected to be operational
again beginning on Thursday, October 27, if you can wait that long. If
not, they have established a temporary dial-up PACER system. To use
this system follow the instructions here:

If all this is just too confusing or you don?t have time to fool with
it, you can pay a premium fee and have someone else do the searches
for you in the appropriate databases. If this sounds like an alternate
option that would be right for you, you might consider registering
with SEARCH SYSTEMS. A bankruptcy search will cost you about $10.00.

I hope you find that my research exceeds your expectations. If you
have any questions about my research please post a clarification
request prior to rating the answer. Otherwise, I welcome your rating
and your final comments and I look forward to working with you again
in the near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us.
