medication, hospital charges, surgery, doctor cost, and parts, etc.
Give individual costs in each country. Rather than having their dog
die, because of the high medical costs in the U.S., some people would
chose a less expensive country.

Obesity and inactivity cause problems. Change these and surgery is not
required. However, if these do not apply I would consider contacting
dog enthusiastes of a learned kind, rather than relying on 1 or 2 vets
