Can someone help me identify a source for articles and reports on the
topic of Real Estate (buying, selling, mortgage.. general consumer
info.)? They
do not need to be free... but i do need unrestricted distribution and
re-print rights. They will be used by my customers to create and
distribute newsletters. I will need to be able to provide the content
to my customers who will redistribute the content in the format of a
newsletter. giving credit to the author is fine.

Hi,

I think I've found what you are looking for.
Realty Times offers a raw newsletter which can be fully customized by
it's clients. You can add your own news, logos, contact information
and more.
You can also choose the layout.
They provide full articles on different subjects concerning real
estate.
It includes no advertisements.

You can make as many copies as you want:
"Since you will be able to print the Print Version directly from your
computer, or through a commercial printer, there is no limit to the
amount of copies you can make."
Real Estate Update FAQs
https://realtytimes.com/rttools/pages/PV_FAQs.htm

The price is $200 annually for the electronic only version or $300 if
you _also_ want to be able to print it.

You can this service here:
Real Estate Update
http://realtytimes.com/rttools/pages/reu.htm?open&promo=RTCFPreu

More information about the printable version can be found here:
Printable Real Estate Update
http://realtytimes.com/rttools/pages/PV.htm

They also offer a specific Financial Real Estate version:
Financial Wire
http://realtytimes.com/rttools/pages/fw.htm?open&promo=RTCFPreu

I've found no other company which will sell you raw real estate
articles for you to re-publish. However, if this option is not to your
satisfaction, don't hesitate to ask for a clarification and I will
look further.

hello-- I appreictae your attempt..but not a valid answer... realty
times offers a end user solution... my question clearly inicates that
I need real estate content with "unrestricted distribution and
re-print rights" this is definately NOT THE CASE with Realty Times.
for example the content i need "will be used by my customers to create
and
distribute newsletters"... cleraly Realty Times will not allow me to
give thier content to my customers to use in their newsletters...
Please be more careful... you just waste my 10 bucks of my cash flow
and much time to go through the refund process. -david
