I want to catch some crabs with a speed boat in Lake Washington in
Seattle area. I want to know what date, what time and what location
are good for crab catching in Lake Washington. And what tools I need.
If Lake Washington is not feasible, then closest to the Kirkland
Marina. Thanks.

Hi askting,

My Brother is a wealth of information when it comes to fishing. I
found the best 3 locations closest to you to go crabbing, but as omni
pointed out, crabs are in saltwater, and Lake Washington is a
freshwater lake. If you are willing to drive to the sound, closest
place is Mukilteo or Edmonds, let me know.

You can catch crayfish in Lake Washington...

I have a boat. I can go to the sound if I need to. Where and when to

I would suggest a speedboat is too quick for crabs - they are not very
famous for their rapid forward movement :)

Lake Washington is a fresh-water lake. There is no crab fishing -- as
the Washington state fisheries rules linked on this page indicate:
