Dear Thosmax, 

Clebuterol is a dangerous drug, approved only for the use on horses
(and that, by prescription). It is not approved for the use on humans,
or animals other than horses. Therefore, in the United States, a human
cannot have a prescription.

It is legal to possess clebuterol, when one has a prescription from a
veterinarian for treatment of horses.

It is illegal, federally, to import drugs not approved by the FDA for
the use on humans, unless one receives special permit from the FDA.

In that link you posted above, the user took 6.5MG which is like 6500MCG. 
1MG=1000MCG. no wonder he was experiencing what he was.
