Have you already received the disposition that your case is closed?
If you filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and your case is closed you are
safe. You should alert the company in writing that you are bankrupt
and your debt will be absolved, however they can and may legally
reposess your possessions.

However I assume that if you just filed two weeks ago you will need to
inform them that you have filed and they will decist from contacting
you about that debt.

You say you claimed bankruptcy two weeks ago does this mean that you
started the paper work and are still working on getting you claim
though the courts or that you finished up all you paper work with you
bankruptcy?

If you are in the process of filing then the creditor should have been
notified and car can not be repossessed while working on filing.

If you filed and are complete with the paper work I am pretty sure
that when you file for bankruptcy you are not totally exempt from
paying for the car. If you wish to keep your car (As is with your
house) you still need to make the payments on it.
