I recently was in an argument at a place of business. The business
owner proceeded to make aggressive actions such rising his fist and
coming forward toward me. I believe this business owner has a past of
violent tendencies. Is there any type of lawsuit or action that I can
take agents him directly or the business? Also how would I go about
filing this action myself?

I don't see any civil complaint unless you can prove that you suffered
as a result, but you "might" be able to file criminal charges with the
police depending on what state this happened in.

Unless physical contact was made, you are unlikely to get anywhere.
Avoid the business.

The problem is that my son is a Sublessor of this persons business.
Asuming my side of the story is correct this gentlemen was the
aggressor and now has told my son that he is going to file a
restraining order agents me. This is going to damage my sons business
utimatly and my reptuation as well.
