I recently was in an argument at a place of business. The business owner proceeded to make aggressive actions such rising his fist and coming forward toward me. I believe this business owner has a past of violent tendencies. Is there any type of lawsuit or action that I can take agents him directly or the business? Also how would I go about filing this action myself? | |

Unless physical contact was made, you are unlikely to get anywhere. Avoid the business. |

The problem is that my son is a Sublessor of this persons business. Asuming my side of the story is correct this gentlemen was the aggressor and now has told my son that he is going to file a restraining order agents me. This is going to damage my sons business utimatly and my reptuation as well. |
