I am needing to asume the role of an investor or an entreprenueur and
analyze the initial offering process and financial outcomes of the
capitla raising process of a new venture financial management
situation. I must include the stages of raising capital and any
pricing strategies that went into the IPO. I then need to critique the
process and make recommendations. I have been researching for a
company that would be applicable and am coming up dry. I need help in
finding one that would fit the situation and any other help or
suggestions that are out there.
