== First, Look at the user/developer exchange below========

User:
Can you add "Send as an e-mail attachment" feature to the Report Viewer
Screen?

Developer:
 To send by email we need to deal with the company email
infrastructure, which is almost certainly Exchange. Unless the company
is
running an SMTP gateway (most don't) I would imagine it will be
difficult to
send emails from our application.

User:
If you are in Word and have written a document, Word allows you to
click
File_Send To_ Mail Recipient as Attachment. Word then selects the
default
e_mail client for the logon, creates a new e-mail, with the Word
Document
automatically attached. This bears no relationship to the server smtp
or
otherwise.

========= Second ==================
anser these questions:
explain what the developer answer means and if the user next question
in response makes sense; if not, why

============ Third ==================

Just an outline, not in great detail.
=============================================================
The answers shouldn't be in great detail and simply worded.
