What is the name of the ATM manufacturer who makes the PNC bank ATMs
in Pennsylvania or Ohio Walgreens stores?  You must provide proof of:
1) Manufacturer (i.e. digital photo of actual ATM machine showing logo) 
2) Store address (i.e. digital photo of receipt from store indicating address)

A Walgreens in New Jersey, Kentucky or Indiana is also fine, as long
as the ATM is a PNC Bank ATM.
