We're looking for a company to help us with the following.  We would
like to be able to send them a WAV file or CD master for them to put
on file.  When we receive orders for that content we would submit the
order to the company.  The company would burn a disc with the content
on it, print information on the CD, package it and ship it to the
customer.  Ideally we would like to have this be an entirely on-demand
system where no inventory would be printed until it is ordered. 
However, it would also be acceptable to have small batches of
inventory (preferably 10 or less of a title) if an entirely on-demand
system is not possible.  We would like to keep costs in the $2-$3 per
disc range if we can.

A satisfactory answer would consist of pointing us to one (or
preferably more) companies that could do this.  Please post your
answer as a comment first so we can determine whether it is

At $4.99 and up for quantity 1, neither of these is as cheap as you
would like.  They can take orders directly from customers, rather than
through you, which may or may not appeal to you.

Hey efn.  Sorry for the late reply.  Unfortunately, I don't think
CafePress or Lulu will do it for us.  They are too expensive ($5 for
CafePress and $5.50 for Lulu).  Plus I want the CDs to appear to be
coming from us, not CafePress or Lulu.  I did find this company
http://www.mixonic.com but they are still a little pricey and I'm not
sure that they will do exactly what we're looking for.

Any other suggestions?

Sorry, I was unable to find anything better.  Perhaps someone else
will be able to.  Hint:  "fulfillment" may be a useful search term.

Would you like this to be done in another country except USA?

I don't think that would be cost-effective since most of our orders
will come from the US and would need to shipped here.

you exact shipping, and allow you to submit orders to them
electronicly in a variety of ways including XML posts.
