Example: I am trying to send email to someone@go.com in the network at the same time I wanted to farward it to the same person who has different account like someone@gmail.com and someone@hotmail Using Microsoft Exchange server. Well, I'm not particularly familiar with the type of email program you are using, and this may not be the answer you're looking for, but in my experience, you can usually type johndoe@gmail.com, johndoe@hotmail.com etc. THe key to that being the place of the comma and a space between email addresses. Alternatively, you can utiilize to CC or BCC function if available. Those stand for Carbon Copy and Blind Carbon Copy, respectively. CC works by sending a copy of the email to another address, while informing the original recipient that you have done so. BCC sends a copy just like CC, but does not inform the original recipient that a copy has been sent elsewhere. |

youre example differs from the initial question. In answer to the initial question you could set up a distribution list and add the various members who you want to be emailed to this list. If you then want a copy emailed to another address you could just add a filter. |

In Outlook, create a distribution list - FILE / NEW / DISTRIBUTION LIST. Add the appropriate contacts or email addresses. send your email to the new distribution list instead of individuals. |

I agree with Rafikki. On Mozilla Thunderbird, one can enter multiple primary addresses (each on a new line), as well as CC and BC. |
