My main question, for which I'll pay the $15 price, is this: Which
states require a graduate course in history of psychology in order to
gain licensure as a clinical psychologist?

A question that might be equally easy, depending on how the
information is found, is: What graduate courses are required by each
state in order to gain licensure as a clinical psychologist? If this
answer is found as well, I'll give an additional $10 tip.

A third question that interests me as well is: Which states allow one
to transfer one's license as a clinical psychologist from another
state? This answer would also be worth a $10 tip to me.

I'll give a $20 tip to a Researcher who answers the main question and
both of the additional questions, or a $10 tip to a Researcher who
answers the main question and one of the additional questions.

A key point in this search is to remember that there are different
kinds of psychologists, and I need to know these things with reference
to "clinical" psychology in particular (not developmental,
experimental, etc.).

Please don't give me 50 links - to a webpage for each state (unless
you're a non-Researcher giving me a free answer)! That won't be worth
the price to me, as it'll still take me a long time to find my
answers.

Thanks!
