What is the basic theory on acid base extractions in Organic Chemistry
2? (for a lab report include difference between weak and strong acids
and bases and how they affect the extraction)

The basic theory is that ions are much less soluble in typical
extraction solvents than neutral molecules.

Strong bases will react with strong and weak acids alike, whereas
weaker bases are more selective in what they can effectively react
with.

For 2 USD I doubt you'll be able to get much more of an answer.
