Re: Question ID:584992 (Mental Health)

Yes, I would kindly like to know how the law in the below states
defines it and/ or your interpretations of the laws (please indicate
on your answer, which answer you are giving me) pertaining to mental
health institutions regarding the people who are doing the "emotional
or mental damage" to themself, and also the ones who are doing the
"emotional or mental damage" to others in the Question ID 584946 in
the Los Angeles County, California area, and possibly Mason (near
Cincinnati), Ohio area . Thank you so very much... In other words in
the examples I gave In Question ID 584946 - are these examples as
written or known, and/or interpreted laws of mental instutions of
danger to oneself or a danger to others.; and/or can you give me some
examples of "emotional or mental" danger to oneself and danger to
others as written or known, and/or interpreted by mental institutions?

It is futile to ask about any "laws" if you do not specify a state
where the law needs to be researched.

If you are interested in mental health - on the side - my older
brother started a dot-com that is a personals site for the mentally
ill. Worth a look. Good luck with your legal question by the way.

with regards to mental health along the lines of education, and
possibly other examples as well, one is considered for possible
psycological help if one of two things happens:
1. The person scores under the 25th percentile in the mental capabilities test.

OR:
There is a noticable change in the person mentally (eg. he/she become
forgettful, angry, or mentally incapable of doing things as well as
previously).
