Some sites I find on google attribute this quote to Ben Franklin,
while others attribute it to George Bernard Shaw (two very different
people living in very different times). One site even said it was
anonymous. I've tried the New York City public libraries and it was
not in their database.

I'd like to use this quote for a paper due tomorrow night (10/27), but
would obviously like a correct citation.
