How do I get payday loan without faxing in any documents? I've looked
at a number of online sites like http://www.atlaspeakfinancial.com and
http://www.christianfaithfinancial.com but it's not clear whether I
need to fax in any documents to get my money, or whether I can do
everything online and just get my money direct deposited into my bank
account. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi Markie-

I believe this question has been asked several times in Google Answers
but I will attempt again to clarify.

It really depends on the type of lender you are working with. I am
unfamiliar with the two mentioned above in your question.

To get a faxless payday loan - there are a couple thing you must have:
-- You have to have a checking account
-- You have to have direct deposit - that is where your employer
directly puts your paycheck into your bank account.
-- You have to earn more than $1500 per month in net monthly income
-- It really helps if you get paid biweekly
-- Often the loaning bank will call you. Be sure to have your ABA
routing number and bank account information handy. They are calling
you to verify - a) that you are a breathing person - b) that your
phone works
-- Basically if your ducks are in a row and are prepared you can get a
faxless payday loan.

Hope that helps!

So do I need to sign any documents or verify who I am? Or do they just
check all the information I send them online? Thanks!

Also, is a site like http://www.atlaspeakfinancial.com a lender site,
or do they just collect my information and find a lender for me, like
Lower My Bills does for mortgages?

The vast majority of payday lenders - also known as cash advance
lenders will let you "e-sign" your documents. Recently congress passed
a law that makes an electronic signature equivalent from a legal
perspective to a physical signature. So when a lender presents you
with legal documents online and you "e-sign" them - that is the same
as signing on the legal documents yourself with a black pen.

So most of the lending process will take place entirely online - that
is provided you meet their lending criteria. If you don't meet the
lender criteria, then you may be called to verify information as I
mentioned in my initial response.

As to the business model of the site you mention below,
Atlaspeakfinancial.com, I cannot tell if they are a direct lender or a
lead broker. The best way to tell is to submit a loan request and see
what url shows up on the e-signature and disclosure page. If the url
is Atlaspeakfinancial.com then they are a lender, if it is some other
url, then they are payday loan lead broker.

Most payday loan or cash advance websites mention a faxless option,
but it really depends on your credit rating whether they will need
verification of employment or ID. When I took a payday cash advance at
www.webcashadvance.com, I didn't have to fax documents. But I know
from experience, and heard from others who have used these also, that
it is about your credit history.
