This matches the fact that when you look at www.transglobaltravel.com,
you get some content from www.zarabiaj.com.

The domain looks parked to me, and very probably is up for sale. I
would suggest that you contact Tomasz Popielarz
<mailto:tpopielarz@hotmail.com>, and ask him about the domain. I
looked around some more, but did not find the domain name as 'up for
sale' on zarabiaj and related sites. Contacting the owner may still be
worthwhile. He has probably spent less than $20 for his registration
so far, so the domain should not be too expensive...
