You could try the first site or ask at the second http://www.ufone.ca/ http://groups.google.ca/group/alt.cellular.verizon?hl=en |

There's a software called xingtone, which you may download from: www.xingtone.com This software allows you to load YOUR OWN mp3, send to your cell phone via a sms message, and then you are able to download it to your phone. Unfortunately, xingtone is no longer free, so you will only be allowed to send one song/ring tone to your phone before the trial version becomes void. If you like the service though, then buy it. You said that you wanted to record your own ring tones though. I suggest you get a microphone, plug it into your computer, record yourself or whatever, then load it into xingtone; cut it, sample it, then send it. I wish you the best of luck! teknikalwarfare-ga |

Any audio file with 'amr' as the extension, you can use as the reing tone. you can also record the ring tone and set as ring tone. |
