Student Loan?s Default and Loss Rates. We?re looking for a benchmark to Student loan?s default/delinquency rate. Definitions: Student Loan ? a loan granted for a student at the time he?s already at school (university / college etc.) which should be paid while he?s still learning or a short time after he graduates. We?re especially interested at loans granted by private corps (such as banks), bet will find useful information about student loan granted by governments or semi-governmental institutions as well. Default / Delinquency rate ? the number of loans which were failed to pay fully and on time from the number of all the loans in a portfolio, during a defined period of time (usually a year). Loss Rate ? the amount of losses (i.e. money which was granted and never been paid back) from the total amount which was granted in a portfolio during a defined period of time (usually a year). We would like to get historic rates ? as long as possible - as well as rates from recent years. We would like to get rates from developed countries (Europe, Australia, Japan etc.). I need a table comparing the loss rates across countries/institutionsq/year It must include a link to each information and definitions of the loan type and loss event We need this information ASAP ? Before Sunday October 30th. |
