What has been the trend in rental costs for high end apartments in
Moscow, Russia from 2001-2005? And what is the projected rate of
increase (or decrease) for the next 5 years?

The definition of high end apartment is quite flexible.  On the Moscow
market it tends to be anything centrally located, over 150 sq meters
in area and renovated to western standards.

At minimum, I would need the percentage increase in rental rates on
the Moscow market for the last couple years and some predictions for
the next few years.

A better answer would contain some average prices for certain grades
of apartments.

The best answer would be able to show the rate of change in rental
costs as well as other cost of living expenses such that one can
assess whether rental costs tend to be increasing faster than other
costs of living therby taking up an increasingly larger portion of
one's budget.
