we intend to value a pawn broking branch of a company in London
(turnover of the branch approx. GBP 200,000.  We would want to know on
what method should be used for such business valuation.  This
valuation would have to be given to the acquiring government authority
as this branc had been acquired and hence was
closed.  The objective of the valuation is to place a claim on the
acquiring authority for compensation of loss of business arising from
such acqusition.
