I'm interested in knowing the most recent data (since 2000 is fine) of
the size of the U.S. multi-family and single-family housing markets.
I need both the number of units and the total estimated value of each
type of property (single-family # units and $value, plus multi-family
#rental units, #properties, and $value), plus the sources.
