Hi,
Traditionnal foie gras production result from diseased liver of ducks
and geese who are force-fed.
I am very sensitive to the current worldwide anti-foie gras campaign.
During a trip to Switzerland, I remember some shops displaying some
none force feeded foie gras ("foie gras non gavé" in french language).
Can you help me to find those product's producers/farmers ?

Thanks a lot
