What was the total combined number of gallons of gasoline (automobile
only ... including regular, super and premium) sold at service/gas
stations in the entire state of MA during the calendar year 2003.  DO
NOT include other, non-automobile fuels such as airplane, heating
fuel, etc.  DO NOT include diesel fuel.  ONLY include Unleaded (all
grades) Gasoline.
