Looking for software that will make removable USB 2 Drives password protected.
Must work with OS Windows Server 2003 (the difficult part) and XP.
When removing USB drive from a computer, drive will automatically
lock, requesting password when it is again activated. Should work on
generic USB 2 drives.

I haven't found a program more secure than TrueCrypt.
http://www.truecrypt.org/ Plus it's open source and free, too!
