I require names and URLs of at least two banks where I can
open a business bank account (current account) for a Delaware LLC,
whose sole owner ('member') and signatory to the account, is a British
citizen resident in France.

The bank account must not be located in France. Ideally, it should be
in either Canada, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, or
Italy. Great Britain and Japan are also options.

It must be possible to open the account either by telephone, internet,
or by post, i.e. a personal visit to the bank should not be a requirement.

The account currency can be Euros, Sterling, or US Dollars. The
minimum deposit required to open it should not exceed $1000 US or
equivalent.

I am not interested in services that claim to be able to open accounts
on my behalf, for a fee. It must be possible to communicate directly
with the bank with no third parties required. By the same token,
nominee type accounts are also of no interest.
